Inspired by Music

I am working on completing my Challenge of Music pieces for the reveal this Friday, March 1st. I am working with a song called Shadowplay that inspired me to create these sinuous curves and coils. As the music grows in intensity, the coils become fuller and more entwined, like the unfurling of fiddlehead ferns. I am still working on the necklace, but these earrings will accompany them. I created an outfit that would pair perfectly with these.

    Absolutely stunning! I wish I could be able to work and manipulate metal like that-one day hopefully I'll be able to :)

    In the meantime I'll sit back, enjoy, and appreciate the fruits of other people's creative labors!

    It's always such fun to see clothing matched up with handmade jewelry! So many options would look great but it's nice to see your own vision of great style!
