Warm summer days and lots of bumble bee activity in my gardens these days. This is the basis for inspiration in my studio too! Always a fan of nature but never a fan of the bees, they have me dodging them and throwing my back out in the process. I want to love them, I really do. But it's a love hate relationship. SO instead, I've used these sweet little polymer bumblebees from Tree Wings Studios. Dangling on bits of delicate brass chain behind some polymer pinwheel flowers, layered with vintage flower buttons. Easy and lightweight to wear and perfect with any summer outfit. You can find these earrings in my webstore, here.

So sweet! Love those pinwheels especially.
ReplyDeleteThese are totally cute. I have some of these flowers from Rebekah and I haven't been able to find a way I was happy with using them. Layering them is such an inspired idea.
