Asymmetry

The Japanese are masters of using asymmetry in design. You see it in their lithographs, their architecture, and in their gardening techniques. Using asymmetry is one more element that can create interest within the composition of your design.

In these earrings, I use rusty brown Czech glass nuggets and transparent brown nuggets along with copper in an inverted asymmetrical design.

  1. Lovely design Miss Gloria! I can make asymmetry work in necklaces and bracelets but I find it a struggle in earrings. But these are perfect and I love the outfit you chose! Enjoy the day. Erin

  3. These are awesome! Those Czech glass are perfect for a design like this. Love the red with the copper, and I LOVE those little copper dangles at the bottom!
